Terms & Conditions for the WeRevive Super Bowl Tickets Giveaway

#### Eligibility

- The giveaway is open only to real estate agents and wholesalers aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of the United States and based in San Diego, CA.

- Participants must register for the giveaway on the WeRevive website and provide valid contact information.

- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of WeRevive are not eligible to participate.

#### Entry Process

- Participants earn entries by submitting properties that meet WeRevive’s buying criteria. Each property submitted counts as one entry.

- Only off-market value-add opportunities qualify. The only MLS properties eligible are those where the participant is the listing agent or holds a purchase contract.

- There is no purchase necessary to enter. Participants can increase their chances of winning by submitting more properties.

#### Points System

- Each qualified property submission grants the participant points toward the giveaway.

- The more properties submitted, the more points accumulated, which increases the chance of winning.

- WeRevive reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all submitted properties.

#### Winner Selection

- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
